Congress is Responsible. From FBI website at http://www.fbi.gov/hq/cid/civilrights/color.htm It is a crime for one or more persons acting under color of law willfully to deprive or conspire to deprive another person of any right protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. “Color of law” simply means that the person doing the act is […]
New weapon of tyranny. No help or assistance to homeowners, just progressive punitive tyranny. As too many citizens know, these acts are used abusively with complicity by the courts. http://www.chronicleonline.com/opinion/editorials/putting-teeth-in-code-enforcement/article_0d01dc18-4a55-11e8-8144-23d5afc3cc37.html Sent from my MetroPCS 4G LTE Android device

The difference may be that I have never had my day in court.

You may want to think about filing a federal court case. I am in the process of drafting one now.

I have thought about it. I know that all my assets have been stolen. I have no finances to hire an attorney, I have contacted many private attorneys few responded, those who have state the same reason they will not take the case. The case is simply to complex and unprecedented that they simply do not have time to dedicate to this case. Don’t forget I did hire an attorney early on. That attorney conspired with the other party by not filing the complaint against the city but assuring me that he had, he suppressed evidence, affidavits, witness testimony, evidence of criminal offenses committed against me by local officials. The FBI has the duty and hold high priority to exposing public corruption. My case falls within their guidelines. I expect my Federal government to hold these locals accountable for failing to protect me from harm, conspiracy against rights, deprivation of rights under color of law, and every other violation that was put upon me. I am waiting for a response. I am waiting for the proper response. I have had no opportunity to do anything until the former county attorney recently retired.

I believe my case is more of a conspiracy against rights, deprivation of rights under color of law than simple code enforcement. Yes they violated every state building code, But they did it for the purpose of acquiring my property. Taking without just compensation. The fact is they forcibly took my property causing serious financial and health damages. This is unprecedented behavior of local government officials. Nobody has the right to anyone’s property I don’t care who you are. They never even gave me a reasonable offer. Reasonable meaning enough to purchase a property with the same features as what I had. He gave me an offer based on what I purchased it for, what a joke. This guy is sick.

It is all private property taking based, but it is done in various ways. The latest script is where they make various allegations and then progressively move towards assigning a receiver to take over the persons property. Once a receiver is involved it becomes very distorted as no proper plans or accounting is done. The person is drained of their assets. There is a woman in Virginia who is a lawyer and was trying to fend off the taking of private property from her client. They had already drained the client of other assets. The state bar moved against the lawyer and took her bar license, just this week. They will be able to take the property now. Make no mistake, this is a corporation Government and judicial system who are systematically stealing property from the people.

so I have the right to take up arms if the government is not going to protect my rights?

Probably not, Mel. Not a very good idea?

According to the
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Amendment V
No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Amendment II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
It has to be one way or the other, equally for all citizens.

When you put it these, it sounds fine. I hated to see someone jump all over the…”So I can take up arms,” comment. I believe your case definitely qualifies.

All citizens have a constitutional right to defend against tyranny, as we just witnessed in the Bundy case.

I think I may have to add a more interesting title to my front page. Lets see just how concerned people are about being attacked physically. It has to be the people who stand up against an attack of any kind when the government is the attacker. They certainly are not going to confess to their criminal offenses.

There is a man who is in hot pursuit of public officials. He is making some good progress. He is currently battling on release of public information or FOIA requests. Search “true homestead” or “James Eric McDonough”. I believe he is a doctor and very bright. Victories by victims were few but are becoming more frequent. It seems to take an inordinate amount of time for vindication to come to fruition for those who are able to stay the course, but it appears that what goes around IS coming around.

I have been tossing around the idea of a podcast on private property rights and takings. Interviewing people who have been harmed might be good to include. I know of at least a half dozen right off the top.

And you are saying that nobody is held accountable?

Who would hold them accountable? Ultimately it ends with the courts who are corrupt. There is zero real oversite.

Then we have no choice but to hold them accountable. Supposed to unite as one but everybody is so self serving these days they will only feel violated if it would happen to them personally. That is who I have the problem with, my fellow Americans.

Yes, and that is the reason they only attack a few at a time. Otherwise, there would be outrage and uprising.

I have to say the frivolous charges that were brought against me by the city and State in my situation the judge followed the law and decide each case according to the law, There is even a conversation on public record of the city council discussing whether they should go talk to the judge because he always dismissed the fabricated allegations against me. I do not know if the judge would have accepted a bribe or not eventually. I know he did not while I was dealing with this local government organization of criminals

I sent him several emails. He is not interested. Nobody is interested locally unless they are getting in the pocket of the opposing party. At this point I would not trust anyone. The first one really busted my gut in what I have been lead to believe how our justice system works. If it had not been so damaging it would seem to be a real joke. I was really ignorant to the way things really are served up locally. But I still must admit I know of no other case in which these individuals have conspired against the rights of anyone. But then again if they have look how long it has taken for my voice to begin to be heard. I was not even allowed to speak what I wanted to say to the city council.

A theme through all of these cases has been that the person had no voice. They were put in an environment of isolation without due process and treated with absolute disregard. Another element is that they are bullied by those in power.

that is exactly what happened. Not to mention this person was affected by the chemicals to the degree it was unbearable to wear clothes and she was blind by the time she was left with only 2 options to escape the chemicals.
